Are English Monarchs Guilty of Legalized Murder?

Recent discussions on my blog have resulted in "fans" of various kings and queens mentioning the questionable deaths ordered by the opposition.

In response to this, I decided to look at each of the monarchs of the 15th & 16th century to see if I could find any who were not guilty of this to some extent.

From Henry IV to Elizabeth I, they all have a little blood on their hands. Join the discussion here.
