Little Paris Bookshop by Nina George

The Little Paris Bookshop: A Novel - Nina George, Simon Pare

This book had a beautiful beginning that made a lot of promises. By the time I reached 40% I was dreading picking it up. DNF @ 50%.

I loved the way Jean understood the power of the right book at the right time in a person's life. He had a way of peering into someone's soul and seeing what they needed from his little floating bookshop. Unfortunately, the story wasn't for me from about the time the boat left its berth.
