Listening Update: Not Quite Sure

Aftermath: Star Wars - Chuck Wendig, Marc Thompson

Though the Star Wars fever that made me want to listen to this after seeing the last movie has largely passed, Aftermath became available on audio through my library and I decided to give it a listen. The difference between this and traditional audio books was clear from the beginning. This one is full of sound effects and music that make is sound more like listening to a movie play in the next room than a person reading a book. Like when I try to watch movies, I fell asleep about 25 minutes in.

Backing up to where something sounds familiar & hoping that whiny Luke Skywalker style voice isn't used too much.
