Anybody heard of it?

This is an independent book store in Ft Meyers, FL that also operates an online store. It rents shelves to indie authors for a fee but offers 98% commission on in-store sales, 80% on online sales. It's not too expensive to get started, but there is a regular shelf rental fee.

Have you guys heard of this or anything else like it? I'm trying to decide if it's worth giving a shot.
