The End of an Era

November 17, 1558, marks the end of an era in Tudor history. With the deaths of Queen Mary I and Cardinal Reginald Pole on the same day, their efforts at counter-reformation in England came to a screeching halt and the Elizabethan age began.

 

Today, I am at EHFA with an article on my favorite maligned queen and her intriguing cousin.
